The TELEFAX transceiver converts images on paper into audio signals and transmits them to a similar machine via telephone. By using an OFFICE COPIER in conjunction with the transceiver it is possible to add new material to the received image by copying the two together and re-transmitting the copy. This technique, especially together with a POLAROID CAMERA, offers a lot of scope for participation and improvisation.
