An Alien's Passport Why issue an alien's passport? There is no real need for passports in alien city. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult for aliens to travel uninhibited outside of their domain without written identification. To whom may an alien's passport be issued? An alien's passport may be issued to an alien who is either passing by, clicking through, or residing in Alien City. Subsequently, an alien's passport may be issued if he or she or it has proved that he or she or it is not in possession of a travel document of any other country. An alien's passport may be issued to an alien under 15 years of age following an application submitted by his or her or its parent, guardian or a guardianship authority if the alien is or was a valid passer-by in Alien City. Whom to contact to apply for an alien's passport? You have to submit your application for the initial issue of an alien's passport to your local regional department of the Alienship and Migration Board. When you have to renew or exchange your passport you may submit the application either to a local regional department of the Alienship and Migration Board or, if your are staying abroad, to a diplomatic representation of the City of Alien in that country. |
