MEN . WOMEN . CHILDREN

A photographic meeting with people from an area which is situated not far from my home-town Vienna. If I met these men and women in my neighbourhood I would not perceive them as foreigners.
Unfortunately the problems of language determined my choice of the models and hindered the communication about our actual circumstances of life.

Heidi Czipin


 
Born 1947 in Gmünd, Austria. 1965 - 1969 studies at the Academy of Fine Arts/ Vienna. 1996/97 student of the School of Artistic Photography, lead by Friedl Kubelka. From 1997 to 2003 member of the photographers group Ad Oculos. Lives in Vienna.
Individual and group exhibitions since 1994 in Austria, Italy, Belgium, Ukraine, France, Syria, Germany and in the Czech Republic.
