Tetsuo Kogawa:BirdBrainWaves

I was insisting my idiosyncrasy that I don't want to scare away the birds and was trying to 'fascinate' them by some way using sounds. My superficial understanding of the project reminded me a notorious system that is now introduced to many urban places to keep young loiterers away. It transmits sounds of over 15,000 Hz that the older people can't listen to. And I studied that very high frequencies such as over 20,000Hz might make the birds feel good. The problem was how to deliver them to the birds. My contribution is a technical "compromise" to give the bird some lower harmonic waves for their pleasure.
